Functieomschrijving
Your tasks and responsibilities are:
- Pricing administration
- SAP administration & traffic management
- Program execution (contact with all involved internal departments)
- Program calculation and financial set up
- Planning and securing logistical processes
- Technical & legal artwork development
- Financial closing and evaluation of involed programs
- Inspections, lead times, production capacity, production process
- Ensuring product quality in compliance with country, license and client requirements
- Data management for products and programs within SAP
- Daily contact for vendors & Hong Kong sourcing office
- Provide and analyze weekly and monthly project progress
- Setting up the framework for sourcing; working closely together in project teams with all internal departments involved
- Back-up department Sourcing coordinator
Functie-eisen
Our ideal candidate has te follow requirements:
- An HBO Degree
- 1 3 years of Commercial Support/Project Management experience, preferable in an
- international and/or retail and/or sourcing environment
- Knowledge of the overall business process of supply chains, such as logistic, experience of childeren related trends or childeren promotions is a must
- Very good understanding and experience with SAP
- Stress resistant with excellent planning and organisation skills and ability to prioritize
- Goal getter mentality with a solution oriented/problem solving attitude
- Hands on mentality
- Good communicator, open and proactive at all levels
- Excellent English language skills, verbal and written
- Team player
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
- Project Management- and time-management skills with ability to multi tasks
- Can-do mentality
- Problem solving attitude, ability to anticipate to changing circumstances
- Good understanding of standard office software (MS Office)
